Even though we didn't purchase a property with Ahmad Klank, we are very pleased with his dedication and friendly service. I will definitely recommend this agent and will keep him in mind for any future property endeavors.

We purchased a property through this agency from an overseas vendor. When the vendor abrogated their responsibilities we deferred to the agent & they were completely unhelpful, until we insisted they should do the right thing. We have learned 2 lessons: never buy property from an overseas vendor & don't expect the agent working for the vendor to be helpful. We must add that the young agent who was handballed the inspections was very helpful. We also were coerced into signing a contract to put forward an offer. This procedure should be outlawed as it does not allow the purchaser sufficient time to do their due diligence especially when they are unknown to the vendor.

Ahmad is one of the rarest Real Estate Agents. I was in contact with several other real estate agents who all were in conversation for their benefits but not Ahmad. Ahmad from day one took caution in his work to ensure I received the best price for my property. Ahmad kept in constant commination, before I even thought about getting an update Ahmads name was already appearing on my phone.
