I heard that Stefan's do free first haircuts to toddlers on weekdays so we made an appointment. I didn't catch their name but my son's hairdresser went above and beyond! The lovely hairdresser talked sweetly and positively and kept my son entertained with talking, using his reflection in the mirror and even gave him a pen and some random paper to draw on. The hairdresser took her time and was very professional but adorably sweet with my 16 month old toddler. So if you're nervous about your toddler's first but much needed haircut, I definitely recommend Stefan's at Mt Ommaney. ☺️

Completely unprofessional. Rescheduled me twice at very short notice (hours before my booked appointment) only to tell me after waiting a half hour for my booking that they would be unable to do my colouring as there wasn’t enough time. There wasn’t enough time because you delayed my scheduled appointment by two hours and then let me sit there half an hour while chatting to each other in the back room. Ridiculous. Go to Epic Hair Jindalee. They are lovely.. and manage to KEEP their appointments.

My cousin asked for a natural balayage for her upcoming wedding, they applied the bleach incorrectly and damaged the ends of the hair, and left it in a state of disarray - when asked for a discount in order to repair the damage they left, she was refused and told that she was given what she had asked for. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend.

My hair is in very bad condition at the moment, bleached, damaged and orange after attempting to do it myself at home. I went in to have the color corrected and was almost laughed at because of the way my hair looks. The few staff that served me were not able to do what i had hoped for until my hair is a little healthier which I completely understand and what I was expected them to say, however the expressions on their faces and the way they gave each other humorous smirks was humiliating. I cant believe that these ladies think that types of behaviour is acceptable, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve been into this salon twice now and I’ve had Ana cut my hair both times! Her work is amazing! My hair feels amazing, looks amazing! Would highly recommend this salon and highly recommend Ana! Will definitely be back for sure!

Rhiannon cut my hair and she was literally the best hair stylist I've ever come across. She was welcoming, super friendly, and she cut my hair perfectly. Often getting my hair cut is a nervous experience as previous stylists didn't listen and take the time to cut my hair or make me feel welcome. Nothing was a hassle for Rhiannon. Would give her 10 stars if I could.

Terrible customer service and not entirely happy with my colour or cut from 5 weeks ago, faded badly and managed to get hair dye all over my face! I went in for my next appointment today, they rescheduled on me at the last minute, (in the end it was a blessing) I didn't agree to the new time as it didn't work for me. I got 10 minutes away and they told me they can only do my colour not cut because I was late, yet my appointment was initially booked for 5:45. Very poor management and the overall experience is just not worth the money. I'll take my business elsewhere. You will be disappointed

The first time for my 6 year old daughter in a Salon. She was treated like a little princess. The stylists went above and beyond. Shampoo, condition, cut, blow dry, thinned out and braids with glitter spray. She was so happy and excited and can't wait for her next haircut.
