Terrible chemist ever!!!!Went to get script done 15 mins before closing unsure if they stocked it, only for the non English speaking pharmacist to waste time on a customer with no script just enquiring on an everyday generic lip cream that could have been dealt with by 4 IDLING staff doing nothing.People coughing there guts out wearing no masks.Have previously waited up to an hour for script to be done with no other people in front of me, then when it was ready they weren't too sure if it was the right product.Please for the love of God, change your staff to English speaking and get rid of those rude girls and your reviews might look a lot better.

Very slow service. Got home to realise the prescription medication they gave me was out of date. No apology from pharmacist when I returned to get it fixed.

I went in to get prescriptions. It wasn't busy, but I still needed to wait over 20 minutes to get off the shelf medication. The person in that area wasn't friendly and didn't have a problem letting people wait. Even though I was clearly the only one waiting, the pharmacist proceeded to call out names, which was a waste of time. When I finally received the medication, it was up to me to double-check that it was correct. I've never experienced this at a Chemist Warehouse or any other chemist for that matter.The one star is for the lady at the checkout who was friendly. Won't be going there again anytime soon.

Terribly loud music, TV advetisments going full boar too, not a great place for those who are easily overwhelmed/overstimulated. Going to a night club would be quieter! Very, very slow service.

Ridiculously long waiting times for prescriptions. Not much care spelling names correctly. Went home with a repeat description with a completely different last name on it. Clerk behind counter never smiled. Shop assistants didn't bother helping me find things I wanted. Terribly loud drummy music that freaks noise sensitive persons out. As a non native speaker I got even laughed at about my pronunciation when asking about a product. People working there have absolutely no respect for their customers. Horrible place.

Trading hours on google state 9am opening on a Sunday but this isn’t correct. Need to update so people Don’t do what I did and rock up before you open. Not hard to fix.

Each time I've been in the store I have found the staff very unhelpful, and if you ask for help you get a big sigh especially if they are chatting to each other about their personal lives and don't like being interrupted to deal with a customer.

From the north of Adelaide. This store went above and beyond to help my Mum and I for the medication Mum required. It was just to hard for all other Chemist Warehouses and would not allow transfer of Medication other than Norwood. THANK you so much to Murray Bridge staff and the staff at Norwood.
