Tawa yoga is a such a beautiful yoga studio. The instructors are friendly, inviting and have great teaching styles. I always feel warmly welcomed and enjoy each practice. I'm so glad to have found this gem!

Tawa Yoga
After trying out many different studios, my first class at Tawa felt like coming home. I was so grateful to have finally found a welcoming, peaceful and non judgemental space to practice. Tawa Yoga employs teachers practising a variety of styles and this empowers everyone to feel the holistic benefits of yoga. This studio is a great place to start, continue and evolve your practice!

Highly recommend Tawa Yoga! There is a great range of classes to accommodate all fitness levels/fitness goals. The teachers always make you feel comfortable and welcome. Additionally, I feel the teachers all explain the movements very well which has really benefited my practice.

Tawa Yoga is a great community where even beginners like myself have been immediately immersed in a supportive environment. They have a wide range of classes and times and make so many of them available to beginners. All the instructors are friendly, so kind and informative. All classes I have attended have been wonderful!
