So, 2 stars as Kmart Bankstown has great service and products. However, the main rating is for their online delivery of Kmart online store. I have no choice but to order this beautiful scooter that my son wanted for his Birthday coming and I was going to surprise him. I had to order it online as they had no stock and offered free delivery for the product if they could not find it in the store for click and collect. I found that as a huge decision making to buy from Kmart for their great service, price and offers.I received the delivery just today and please you make your own judgement of the delivery conditions!If usually the box slightly damaged, they sell the product on hefty discounted price or throw it away in their damaged stocks for disposal.Honestly for my own purchase, its my last of worries about boxes. But as its for someone I love it makes a great impact on my feeling and those who you were going to gifted 2. Loss of quality of feeling.Thank you Kmart and you should look into who shipped it with no fragile sign on the box and your delivery courier company who delivered it as they took no care whatsoever.Cheers

One of the worst stores. They offer click & collect service but they don’t answer their phone. 4 days straight of calling at least 6 times a day and no answer. Terrible service.

We received a toy for my sons birthday and it doesn't work tried to return it but was refused a replacement because we don't have a receipt. The girl at the returns desk was extremely un helpful and refused to help us. I will not shop at this store again.

Absolutely disgusting & pathetic customer service. Staff is not at all helpful. They don’t even put in the effort to look for a product at backside. When the staff tried to look for a product which I was after I was able to clearly see on their hand-held devices that they have got in stock. Moreover, on the website also it shows in the stock. But staff blatantly refused to give it a try to find that product. Worst staff, would never recommend bankstown K-mart for shopping to anyone.

The stock level was disappointing, I guess no stock management at all. I wanted to try a shoe but there is no chair or anything to sit on. I had to go to the changing room, but the store got only one in operation, so I had to wait for a fair bit. To find the staff on the floor was another challenge too. All this happened before any COVID lockdown.

Visited on the 06/04/2023This has to be the worst Kmart in Sydney. First things first why in the world is there only one changing room for both male and females. Like seriously every other Kmart I been to has had many changing rooms. Also this Kmart is so messy all of the products are just chucked everywhere on the floor, this is a tripping hazard. And some of the products have damaged boxes showing the staff have lack of care for the products and customers. All I got to say is get new management, train up staff and clean up your store.

Staff at the counter advised me to go to the service desk to cancel a recent online order. Waited in line for about 15-20 mins only to be told that I needed to call customer service. I said to the worker I was advised at the counter to come here for help, no response was given, just the number I needed. Called the number which advises to use the chat function which worked within 60 seconds. Staff clearly need additional training because this completely wasted my time and handling this enquiry should be basic knowledge.

I came Sunday 26th I needed a lot of stuff for my new home and required two trolleys for all the electronics I needed to get. As I was going to the check out a young tall gentleman called Daniel assisted me with all my stuff by helping me put my stuff on the counter. He served me with respect and kindness and his service was amazing!!!. Would be coming back here again :)
