Always great service, really friendly and good range!

I have been a regularly returning client to this store. I enjoyed a very positive experience the day I bought my bong. The chic was helpful and very nice to deal with. My bong is silicone and the base comes out for ease of cleaning. I wasn’t aware of this when I bought it (no doubt she couldn’t get a word in) but it wasn’t properly secured and I thought I had a faulty piece, I called up. In case there was something I could do about it at home. It was a difficult conversation and I told him I’d pop in.I happen to have a few people with me, they opted to come in and promptly decided to buy a bong. I waited my turn and the guy explained, whilst showing me, which I appreciated. I noticed his anxious glances at my friends and I assured him that they were with me and wanted to purchase various items after he and I were done. Moments later I felt truly embarrassed watching the way they were served. I wanted to leave but someone had fallen for a $150 piece and had to have it. The salesperson then inspected and declared that they had switched the prices and he had to confirm. I was insulted to say the least but as it wasn’t my purchase I tried to keep out of it, my patience was wearing thin though. He fluffed around for what felt like ages and then he told us that he had been correct and the item that we wanted to buy was actually $200.That was my limit, we left the shop and him in no doubt that he had upset us. Out of interest I went from there to the new store close to the Bayswater Hotel. The service was very friendly and the exact same item was priced @ $150. My stars are for management because they do actually choose good staff, but stick to what your good at….Oh, btw, my silicone bong, still leaking…

Had a very onto it women (lots of peircings and tattoos) help me when I was in a rush yesterday at the Bedford store. Your help was amazing! Especially since I wasn't sure where to find what I needed :)

I regularly visit this store and it’s always a pleasant and easy experience. There is a girl that works there sometimes, I believe her name is Jordan, she always goes above and beyond when serving me and is never without a big smile. Really knows her stuff too! :)
