For 2 and a half years I have been a tenant at a property managed by Suzie. She has been a dream. Communication of the highest level. Fast replies to all inquiries. Nothing is ever unanswered. Easily reached and willing to listen and help where she can. I know I have been so lucky to have her especially over covid times and I am sadden that I am no longer under her management. Donazzan property has probably been one of the best agencies I had to deal with. Suzie in particular is very professional and really takes the time to address all matters from the start of a tenancy to its end. My lease finished recently, and I forgot some items in the property managed by Suzie when I moved out. Suzie and her colleague were really helpful and managed to recover (out of hours) the items I had left.
