EquusTerra Therapeutic Horse Riding
Our 20 yr old son - who is on the Spectrum has been riding with Irina for 5 years. Irina has always worked with him at his skill level. This has provided him with confidence and getting his first casual job! Her knowledge of Special Needs Children & Adults is a credit to her. We would highly recommend Irina & her team at Equus Terra. PS Her love and care for the horses are above & beyond. We love being around them!

Equus terra provides life changing horse therapy. Within weeks of starting we noticed our daughter's crippling anxiety (she has autism and dyspraxia) start to improve. She has now restarted school and participating and is actually enjoying life. Irina is THE most amazing coach. She believes in the kids and empowers them with confidence. Best decision we ever made was coming to therapeutic riding.

Our 7 yr old daughter who has ASD has been riding here for almost 12 months. Irina is amazing with how she works with the students and horses. Our daughter's focus at school has improved, social skills are better, more confidence.It's hard to describe accurately in words the positive improvements we have seen. One of the best experiences our daughter has had, brilliant!

Irina was horrible towards us.She kept criticise our daughter who according to her was not improving quick enough.She never encouraged her or praised her.As our daughter started to settle she just kicked her out pretending that she did not have enough spot for her.Luckily there are so many beautiful suitable inclusive riding schools for people with a disability in Brisbane.

Horrible. She was nice to my daughter but horrid to my son. The horses weren’t controlled and knocked my son onto the concrete. He was sitting quietly waiting at the time. No apologies or empathy from the woman. Would NOT recommend this place ever!!! She even had the audacity to comment on my son wearing a baggy shirt. Umm if you are that experienced with autistic kids you’d know they can be sensitive to.fitted clothing. Just rude!

Highly recommending this place for therapeutic horse sessions. John and Irina do an amazing job during the session. Super friendly and located in the beautiful Brisbane Corso. Would definitely go to this place and love all the horses they have and doggie too. Such an amazing experience!!!!!!! Thank you so much ☺️

Awesome experience! We absolutely love Irina and the team of humans and horses …… and not to forget - dog too! Our weekly horse riding lessons are a highlight. Even through challenging times, my child would be ready for their riding lesson without reminders needed.
