☆☆☆☆☆ Toni is amazing! Over the last 2 years I have had to have serveral blood tests. Unfortunately for me i have very small, deep, difficult veins. Before I was lucky enough to see Toni, it would take multiple attempts 2-4 tries sometimes. I would get so worked up and distressed knowing I needed another test as I would anticipate the pain and discomfort.I can't reccommend Tony enough, she is truly an asset to southern pathology. Thanks Toni, you're a lifesaver. .

Would like to acknowledge the great job Lynn, Kim and Bailey did conducting Covid 19 testing on 30/12/2020. After the braking news of a case in Wollongong, resulting in a high volume of tests to be carried out. You all worked well together as a team and supported each other. Well done!

Have had recall 2 times now due to staff not doing what they're supposed to do when dropping samples off.. inconvenient and time wasting!

The information posted is incorrect re:COVID Testing! They DO NOT provide testing. If this is what you need don’t bother.*this review can be removed by admin when the details on the page have been updated to reflect no covid testing.

Hire more staff!The staff you have in this center are lovely and professional, however they are so run off their feet they can barely answer the phone. Take some of the workload off these great staff!

I had an appointment booked for 8:30am for a 2 hour glucose test on Saturday morning and waited well over an hour for no one to turn up. Extremely angry..
