The girl with the short crew cut working at the counter today 24/06 needs to learn some customer service skills like greeting, saying thank you etc.She acts like she's being forced to stand there and customers are a burden on her existence.

Have been frequenting this chemist from when it first landed in Geraldton, I have never had any bad experience. The staff are professional and helpful without exception. They are knowledgeable about the products and are willing to show you where they are, as stock is circulated on a fairly regular basis. A special shout out to Tegan who displays an exceptional, professional attitude, yet is friendly, and conversant about product. Mahmoud, the dispensing chemist (pharmacist), is always polite and greets me by name. It is a pleasure to support this business for my many needs as a senior citizen.
