My experience with Ben and his team of installers air conditioning at Cold & Cool has been nothing short of excellent.Ben showed up and was very friendly and helpful. He wasn’t in a rush, was informative and professional. Seemed willing to provide more information (like what to expect) than the other vendors I met with. His team was easy to work with and was very accommodating. Our home turned out brilliantly! These guys know what they’re doing.

Ben from Cold & Cool saved the day over the weekend with the hot weather. The air con unit was pouring water every where and not operable. Ben was knowledgable and patient and fixed the air con to my complete satisfaction. He was friendly and offered advice on avoiding future issues with the air con. I'm very thankful he could fit in our request at short notice. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Service .Ben seems pretty experienced in what he does. Prompt response and offered great suggestion. I was so impressed with his initial unit installation ,so decided to engage him in another ac unit installation with no hesitation. I would highly recommend this hard-working gentleman for sure

Great job Ben, thank you. Our Cricket Club fridge blew-up one weekend and Ben was extremely efficient, and had a beautiful new one delivered by Thursday night! Great service and prompt communication. Our club was been very happy dealing with him.

We had Ben come out to take a look at a display issue we had, he was extremely rude and he ended up making our aircon worse as it no longer worked at all. When we called him to come back to fix the issue as our bedrooms were hitting almost 40 degrees with no aircon, he flat out refused and was again rude to my partner. Would never use him again. We ended up getting another company to take a look and they were so much better!!

Hired Ben based on his reviews to repair our refrigerated cooling. He was prompt in his attendance and made a time to come back the following day. Ben was very knowledgeable and found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Ben was also respectful of our home and keeping it clean. Price was fair. Thanks Ben.
