I ordered a stocked item, edger blades....easy, right? Ordered in April. No confirmation, no invoice, nothing. The payment had been taken though. After emailing them several times stating this issue I managed to get 1 response asking for an order number!! That was followed with no further responses from them. I then put in a transaction dispute with my bank. All of a sudden just days ago I was sent emails stating order is on the way. Further requests asking for explanation was ignored. By now you would be thinking atleast the order is getting delivered, as was I. Someone else's order was sent instead!! Send pic of items and invoice and it will be looked into straight away"....... that was yesterday. Today got an email confirming my order was delivered. Not the first time I've had a problematic ordering experience but this is beyond a joke. AVOID All Mower Spares at all cost it's not worth the hassle."

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordered a part in November now into mid February still nothing. They will give you every excuse why they can not return your money. First it was covid then floods now supplier issues. This is clearly a dodgy company at best. Do not use this company for anything unless you want to lose your hard earned cash.

so far it has been great found what i wanted and was able to pay online through PayPal. I am ordering for delivery outside of Australia to another country. I will update this once I receive the items because so far I have only ordered and paid. Process was easy. Hopefully delivery is just as smooth

Do not buy from this business, I have waited 12 weeks for a part for a customers blower. After 8 weeks I cancelled order and requested a refund which they responded to and were going to organise. No refund arrived instead on the twelfth week I got an email to say parts been sent even after I cancelled. They don't keep parts in stock and only order when customers order them, which is not acceptable. got the same part from another supplier after waiting 8 weeks which arrived in 3 days. And don't hold your breath waiting for a return phone call because it wont happen.if I could give 0 stars I would

I ordered a starter motor back on 3rd February 2022. Delays from supplier in accessing part. I cancelled the order and have been seeking a refund since May 2022. it is now 21 June 2023 and all I get is your refund is being reviewed. Very poor customer service and quite frankly I ended up getting the part shipped from America within 2 week period. I strongly urge people to be cautious with this company. I didnt even want to give 1 star rating as that is being too kind

With many others, ordered part was not in stock as advertised. 2 months later, part is still not here yet. Promise of parts arrival broken time and again after enquiring a few times. Only contactable tardily via email, phone on website does not work/purposely not tended to. Worst retail experience ever, disappointingly from a proudly advertised Aussie owned & operated company! RUN FAR AWAY EVERYONE!

Easily and quickly found the part I wanted. It explained there was a delay of delivery (21 days). Check out was simply. Relatively good price to other places I've checked. Previous experience with the quality of goods from this company have been good.

Avoid at all costs. Honestly don't do it. Your probably reading this going it can't be that bad. Well it is. I'm waiting on over $330 that these thieves are withholding from me. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing with them. I originally decided to purchase through them as the items I wanted were cheaper then other places. After receiving zero response after attempting to contact them several times ( don't even bother trying to call as it goes to no where)I had to resort to a rather nasty email of which I wasn't proud of to just receive a reply. It took over a month to get through to them.I was then told the items that I was waiting on would take at least another month. (So this will make it at least 2 months, and that was the absolute earliest to receive something they never mentioned on there site was on back order) Don't you think this is something a reputable merchant would communicate. Well obviously not these guys. I then decided to demand a refund because I was over it, which was over 2 weeks ago that I asked for it. I have been given the run around since with constant excuses to which they are now not replying to my emails when asking on the progression. Now I have an understanding what people who get scammed out there money now feel like. In writing I have escalated this to Zip to get my money back. The only thing I happy about in this whole situation is that I bought through them because if I paid cash up front I'd be up the creek without a paddle.Update: It took all of an hour since escalating it ro finally receive my refund. Why did it have to resort to that. Never again. Don't know how this company stays in business.I suspect the 5 star reviews are from bots or staff members to boost there star rating. Take there reviews with a grain of salt

I ordered from their website for an item that seemed to be available, and the payment was made at that time. Two days later I was informed that the item is no longer available. I'm not sure about that, but okay if you say so. Anyway, it's now a month later and so far, despite promises, no sign of a refund. Hard to imagine why refunding money on a straightforward case like this should take so long. You took the money on a promise, now give it back!

Absolutely Sam I will stand with you and anyone else who is also a victim. I am up to the formal letter stage as this was advised by legal and office of fair trading. I think a class action is needed for this company as I have asked for my refund and have canceled my order due to the false leading of delivery dates. Each time I was given a different day of delivery and my order was placed end of February 2023. Just want my $240.46 refunded. They have until this Friday 19/05/2023 but I haven’t received and acknowledgment since I have sent them a formal letter. (This is why I am responding beforehand because since I asked for a refund, they have stopped their correspondence with me). I Just want to let everyone know when I placed this order it showed on their website that the items were in stockI but lucky me I have been waiting over 3 months for them and have engaged a private lawn mowing person to mow my acreage $$$ property. Unfortunately I am another victim. Please be aware don’t be another victim.
