Dr Tom came to euthanise our 14 year old Boxer today. He was prompt, incredibly kind, compassionate and understanding. An amazing man who made a very difficult decision so much easier to handle. Thanks Tom. Dale Burn and the late Nahla.

Dr Tom euthanised our beloved cat Oscar yesterday, and we are so, so grateful for the beautiful and peaceful service he provided. I cannot recommend this business enough to anyone considering choosing it. Tom was kind, considerate, and made the whole process moving and peaceful rather than the scary and stressful moment I was expecting. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you Tom.

Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Tom for the recent compassionate care of our beautiful Peppa in her final moments. Dr Tom explained to us the steps to euthanize her, allowed us time to say goodbye, and to decide when we were ready for the procedure to be started. We are so pleased we chose to use Peaceful Pets, and I am forever grateful she could have a peaceful, pain free passing, in our own home, and in my arms. Just what she deserved.

I am most appreciative to Dr Tom for his kind and compassionate handling of the passing of my fur baby, Jinx.He talked me through the process beforehand, so I understood what would happen and after she fell asleep, the moment itself was quick and painless.Being able to do this at home provided Jinx and myself great comfort, as well as providing the opportunity for my other cat to acknowledge her passing.I will be forever grateful to Tom for his professionalism, empathy and the respect he showed during his visit.

Thankyou Dr Tom for your gentle compassionate care when it was time to say goodbye to our 18 year old Daisy. Dr Tom from Peaceful Pets came to our home and gave Daisy a gentle peaceful passing in her home where she loved to be.

The team were very kind, compassionate and respectful. Its such a hard thing to say goodbye and this service allowed us to do so in the privacy of our home at our pace where we could grieve.

If there’s ever a positive in the heartbreaking experience of this final moment with your precious darling, then the silver lining is Dr Tom’s graceful, kind and empathetic presence.I held onto her and comforted her the whole time.Dr Tom was kind and gentle with her, introduced himself with soft spoken words and a nice little head rub.After our chat and assessment, he talked me through the process calmly and was patient throughout my emotions.When it came time, the moment was quick and painless for her. She went to sleep first. It was then that I couldn’t speak or function properly, and Dr Tom handled all after care.The experience is heartbreaking for anyone who loves their animal, but I know that she passed in the comfort of home, the calm of her blankets, and in the safety of my arms.The decision to do this at home was the best one for her, and Dr Tom couldn’t have done a better job in any and all aspects.He’s a kind and wonderful veterinarian who allowed my dog calm and peace and dignity in her final moments.Thank you Dr Tom, and thank you to those at Edenhills who will memorialise my darling girl with dignity and respect.

Dr Tom was very empathetic and kind when he came for my 14 year old lady. She passed in her favourite spot in her home instead of a clinical setting and is now out of pain. Thank you so much.

Tom was so kind and supportive when he came to our house to put our much loved dog Amber to sleep. She passed with absolutely no stress at all.

Dr Tom and Dr Beck helped us with saying a lovely goodbye to our darling dog Akira.We are so grateful Peaceful Pets Bellarine exists. Although we use a home vet service they were unable to attend for a number of days and we would not have wanted to take her into a busy vet clinic.
