Fantastic service from Capital Tanks. The office staff are very helpful and efficient. The delivery driver was just great. It is great to see people who enjoy their jobs and have a smile for customers. I highly recommend this company.

We chose Capital tanks as they were 100% Queensland owned. From placing the order and up to delivery we were impressed with the service we received and the quality of the product. Double thumbs up Capital Tanks.

Really regret supporting this business.The initial ordering process was great, great customer service and really informative in regards to tank sizes and specifications. Unfortunately after ordering the tank from Joe it all went downhill from there. I required specific inlet/overflow locations and I was informed that this will be looked after by their tank manufacturer.The next phone call I received was 2weeks later was from the manufacturer informing me that the tank will be getting delivered in two days and the inlet and overflow specifications were Capital tanks responsibility, they were in incorrect locations.After having a chat with Capital tanks, they did not want to take any responsibility and all they wanted to know was when payment was occurring. His specific words were, what are you winging about

We recently built our house and we wanted to get a rainwater tank plumbed in but looking at the builders prices is was going to be very expensive. I began searching around and found Capital Tanks and discussed my options with them. As we do a lot of gardening and aren't short of space they suggested a 2000 gal tank along with a Inox 120 pump.We've now had it installed for about 3 months and both getting the tank delivered, installed and working has been fantastic. In fact I've recommended them to a work mate who is also getting a house built.The only downside is we need some more rain!!!

Friendly and courteous service. Could not want for a better company. Everything from start to finish was on time. Well done to the staff. Definitely buy of these guys again.

I highly recommend Capital Tanks. Everything from quote to delivery ran smoothly with no issues. All staff were friendly and professional. We had a great delivery team who did a great job and provided some good advice. I would not hesitate to use them again and it’s also great the they are a local Australian owned business.

Very efficient at taking your money,however that’s where the service ends. I had a minor problem with the leaf strainer having a tear,but got no response to emails or voice messages left. Even if it wasn’t their problem, they could have said,but nothing happened. The tanks come from Kingspan, so I suggest that if you value customer service, then cut out the middleman and go directly to them.I have resolved the problem with a short call to Kingspan.

Capital tanks were very helpful and competitive with price and both Lisa & Joe a pleasure to deal with. Delivery was as quoted and the delivery and position of our slimline custom tank placed as planned. A very well organized business.

The folks at Capital Tanks in Brissy were fantastic. The tank was the perfect size for a difficult space and the colour was exactly the same as our house paint. Delivery was seamless and the guys were great! I would recommend them for straight forward and easy dealings.
