company communication, knowledge of products was woeful. Kmart Mart, 10x worse. They have no formal complaints process as they should as providers to NDIS participants. Thats their committment. Disgraceful. I am entitled to a service level trained to not cause harm. Or at least with knowledhe of what you are selling.

Not impressed! Dont have equipment on hand and u have to wait weeks for equipment to arrive from interstate or south of Brisbane! Not happy at all!

If you are an NDIS participant be aware of what your service is going to cost. Absolute rorts. They will over charge you badly.
