Was the most disgusting customer service I have ever received the old Man manager is absolutely horrible, I'm not sure if it's because he's becoming senile in he's old age or just because he genuinely has a bad attitude but someone like that should not be in customer service, unfortunately the locals and people passing through have to put up with it because it's the only supermarket in the Area, I would rather risk it and travel to Port Augusta instead of spending a cent in this establishment, and support an old Racist man like Mr Wardell.The rest of the staff are very friendly and polite sad they have to suffer working for an abusive old bat like him.If you ask me he should sell and retire because it's obvious the work is getting to him in his old age and he can't cope with it now..

Great little shop, good variety, reasonable prices

Given it's a small country town, this supermarket is excellent. Got all the basics at surprisingly good prices, given what transport costs would be. Delivery day is Wed if I recall and stocks dwindle fairly quickly after that.

This is a reasonably well stocked Supermarket at surprisingly reasonable prices. If you are heading up the outback Hwy to do the Oodnadatta or Birdsville Tracks it's really the only place to top up on last minute supplies. It might pay to check if heading up that way that is still open, we were there in June 2023 and being a mining town, the local coal mine has closed and is now doing regenerative work. So who now's how long it is there for?

A jewel hiding away in the outback. Great staff and a good enough selection of produce considering where it is.
