Lash Loft and Beauty Bar

Went in for my first ever Lash Lift & Tint and was assisted by the lovely Lor. She was so kind and patient and was great about explaining each step in the process from beginning to end. She was very gentle and attentive during the service, which made for a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. I am so happy with the results - she really did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks so much - I will definitely be back!

I’ve been to Lash Loft & Beauty Bar in the past and have never had an issue. Unfortunately this time around I was very disappointed with the service. I got a lash lift, which I have had done previously and have always been happy with. I paid $120 this time around (post-covid, I get it) - but you would think for that price you would get a decent job done. The girl who did my lashes lacked customer service skills completely and had the personality of a wet blanket. She did not do a good job and I woke up the next morning with glue stuck on my eyes and half my lashes not lifted at all. Safe to say I won’t be going back, as it was a complete waste of time and money.

My little slice of heaven. Boutique style, fantastic customer service - you feel like part of their family. I have been getting my lashes done for about 12 years and Lash Loft are by far the best. Use premium products and really care about what they do. Cant recommend them enough.

Had my lashes done the other day by Stevie. Wow!! she did such an amazing job, always up for a good chat and made sure i was comfortable the entire appointment, even drifted off to sleep a few time. 10/10 recommend this place

My daughter had to cancel her appointment due to gastro within 24 hours of her appointment time. Lash Loft takes a DEPOSIT upon booking but this is not used if they could fill the spot. She said she could come in and wear a mask if they were ok with that. They said their policy states they could not have her in. When she went a week later, unbeknowns to her, they had forfeited the deposit. She has been a regular customer with this Company and will never return. Through small mindeness, they have lost a regular and ongoing customer. Not acceptable.

Could not recommend higher! I have been coming to LL&BB for many years and they have always done a fantastic job of applying beautiful lash extensions as well as taken care of my natural lashes. The ambience of the studio is beautiful and I often fall asleep due to being too relaxed! Although their prices may be a little higher than competing salons, it is well worth it for the guarantee of perfect lashes every time.

LOVE Lashloft! My lashes are so full and fluffy....it's been two weeks since my last appointment and they still look incredible. Lucky to have this quality salon so close to home. Highly recommend.
