Can't recommend Nav enough. Eight weeks ago I could not walk without stabbing pains in my back or barely turn my stiff neck anymore than about 20 degrees left and right which made driving quite difficult. I was a mess After one session with Nav the pains in my back went from a pain score of 9 to a score of 2. After the second session the pain had gone. My neck is on going and I can now move it though a range of around 80 degrees left and right It is so much better He uses a combination of dry needling , massage and pressure to get to the problem areas and it just works. If your having trouble don't put up with it. Give Nav a go. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain

I Had a shoulder injury for 5 yrs. I went to a couple of physios with some relief but never fully recovered. I had 2 visits with xtend physio and shoulder is 90 % better already!!Highly recommend !The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Thank you Nav , a year ago I awoke with sciatica and could hardly walk .your treatment has got me walking and living normally. I have strength in my legs and can manage most activity's. He takes the pain away and I would not be were I am without his amazing help . He's mindful of one's dignity , he is so spot on accurate in finding and fixing sore nerves and muscles , he's honest and charges less than most and a pleasure to visit . He is funny and tells you honestly about your future prospects of healing and does all he can to deliver a positive outcome . All in all a wonderful physiotherapist and human being that I feel so fortunate to have treating and supporting my community. Thank you Nav , I really owe you so much .
