I purchased a shower from Aero, and I accidentally damaged the door after five years of use. Aero came and offered to replace my door.at at reasonable cost. I decided to upgrade to a new model and so glad I did..Great service good price.

Arthur at Aeros was extremely helpful in providing us with an innovative, simple to install shower. As a stand-alone unit, I avoided the difficulty and potential leaks inherent in fitting the usual in-built shower in our 100 yr old house. The 4000 series is a well designed unit with very useful features and quality finish. Have a chat with Arthur and I'm sure he can provide you an excellent solution to your shower need.

I bought a 4100 series shower a year ago for my work, and I love it. So much so that my neighbour at work just got me to organise to buy one and install it for him. Went together so easily, doesn't leak and is sturdy. Certainly exceeded my expectations. Customer service was awesome, can't say enough good things about Arthur at Aeros. Even kept me up to date with when the courier would be delivering it. Recommend them for sure.

writing anonymously for fear of retribution. ridiculously flimsy packaging on ridiculously flimsy product meant every item in boxes was broken on arrival. transport and company conveniently blaming each other but you don't wrap heavy glass in a single film of plastic for transport. Company ignoring emails, and phone always engaged". VCAT application commencing now. BE WARNED!"

The old man who either owns the business or manages it is very rude and hostile.No signage on factory making it difficult to find and to know what the place is.No signs for parking either so you don't know where to park.Overall a terrible vibe from this place.I will be avoiding this place and you should too.
