I have refinanced twice with Tim at Capefinance in the last 3 years. He was the only one that managed the best rates for me (I spoke to 3 different brokers). He followed up my application every day and I feel listened to on my personal financial needs, rather than hard selling. He's very upfront about what you can do with your income, so you can expect honesty. He answers all enquiries swiftly and professionally. Another broker I spoke to discouraged me from refinancing as they would lose their commissions but Tim's only priority was my financial well being and he refinanced my loans regardless if it would cost him a clawback. I would recommend Tim to anyone.
