The staff at this store are AMAZING and definitely don't mind going the extra mile, special mention to Shelley" who has been in-store both times now that I've had issues signing online for a personal loan. Both times she has sat with me for up to an hour trying to work around the issue for me

Customer service Offered a price for gold then area manager dropped the offer by $500 after the customer service staff spoke with him. Absolute daylight robbery. Needless to say I drove 20 min and got the price they initially offered elsewhere. Look elsewhere to sell your gold.

An honest team who are responsible lenders. Have always had help here, never had an issue with any staff member. Can be busy, but the wait isn't ever more than 20 minutes.
