All the best for those who are gonna build or building with Emperial homes.We would highly recommend everyone, try avoiding such a fraudulent builder. Spending few extra monies would have some piece of mind rather than building with them.BEWARE- ALERT- WORST BUILDERHad our house build with them. From Start to build it was nightmare. If you want to save your self from Depression stay away from this builder.Make changes to plan without notification, Increase cost, Variation invoices.. List goes on. Check the Review trend,Think thousand of thousand times before you go this builder.
