I am a Investment Property Owner - I brought a townhouse off the plan with Kerdic Homes - We recently had a problem with the shelving in the main bedroom collapsing on my tennants. Upon investigation by two qualified builders it was there professional opinion that a subcontractor used by Kerdic homes did faulty work. Despite being given the run around by a staff member i am please to advise one of the managers took the request into his own hands and dealt with the problem - Thank you to Chris from Management of Kerdic Homes - Appreciate the customer Service.

Jim and his team built our home at Springfield In 1994. Could not fault his team Workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble.House still standing and no faults. Hubby would be around to check on progress everyday. If we decided to do any addins. Jim said to just see the blokes at the site. Been told by other buliders that our house has strong bones. Selling now to move on. Can never forget the positive experience we had with Jim and his team. Congratulations Jim on all u have acheived from humble beginning out of a home at forest lake . Disappointed about their construct inspection. We reported a drainage problem. Even though we are still under warranty, Kerdic was determined to deny everything even before coming for an inspection. Don't believe their warranty which actually does not exist. They just say no to everything. Not trusted and unreliable.***Don’t believe their response below - just finding excuses. The issue was caused by their structural defect of no drainage designed in the front yard. AVOID using this irresponsible builder/developer.
