We have now carried out 2 renovation projects on our house with the Blades Joinery team over the last year which has ended up being an entire interior renovation of our house. We were very happy with the entire process for several reasons.Firstly, the communication throughout from the whole team was excellent. Specifically, we want to thank Garry who managed the projects.  Garry made the renovations stress free from our perspective - we always had prompt and patient replies to our many questions (and we were quite particular), nothing was to difficult and the subcontracting trades were managed for us and did work when we were told they would (particularly important when we were working and had to leave work to let trades people into the house). After care was also fantastic when we had some cabinetry that required minor adjustments due to change in weather. Garry did an outstanding job and we cannot thank him enough for making what could have been a stressful process, very easy for us.We found the Blades team were all good communicators on site and in the office. Onsite they were polite, clean, helpful and took pride in their work. Steve and Colin onsite particularly did great work.  We liked that we had help at the project start from Trisha to make design choices and get feedback along the way - with many other companies you would have to employ someone separately to get this assistance.Notably, the subcontracting trades that Blades choose to work with were like minded people, who were reliable and did quality work.  We would certainly use Shannon Tunstead plumbing and Enwise electrical again if needed in the future.Both projects were completed within projected completion dates despite the current COVID environment.Lastly and most importantly, the end result is just beautiful. The quality of the joinery and all workmanship means we now have our dream kitchen and bathrooms within the budget we set. Great people to deal with and produce an excellent product

What a pity for this small business that they treated me as not significant, given i placed a small order for some glass door hinges approx $20.00 in value. Got some of the best excuses i've ever heard as to why, after just under 3 months they still didn't have my order filled. Not once after repeated requests to ring me back did i receive a call and i'm still waiting. I suggest you steer clear.
