Incredibly friendly staff! Don't get to get over that way very often, but when I do I go straight to this butcher. They have a huge range and am always excited to try something new. Tonight it's the spinach & mushroom arancini!

Incredible. the somkey bacon and maple sausages are delcious, i cooked mine in nuttelx on agas stove bbq and never been so impressed by taste in my life, well done

Ever since moving up to Central Coast (Gosford) back in March I have been on the hunt for a butcher that could deliver. Needless to say after trying Chop Butchery I've not looked back. The quality of the meats is stellar! I've done a few orders now and everything has been so good. We bulk order and freezing (then thawing for cooking) no issues with quality afterwards as everything is vaccumed sealed. I've been dealing with Colin and the customer service has also been absolutely amazing from checking on delivery times to offers of replacing products.Oh and if you haven't had the meatballs - do yourself a favour and get them in your order every time!

We bought the waygu and angus beef sausages, they were by far the worst sausages we have ever bought, just gristle and fat with the most discusting flavour, we couldnt even eat them and had to throw them in the bin.Wouldnt recommend this butcher to anyone, dont waste your money!!
