A plumber came promptly to consult and assess my yard mid reconstruction. I required some advice plus 3 or 4 jobs to be completed urgently before concreting could be done.The plumber said yes he could do it all and will send me a quote. 3 days later still no contact. My landscaper wants to pour the concrete so rang the plumber to see if he can complete his work before tomorrow. The plumber couldn’t even remember the job !! and told the landscaper he needs to do excavation.I have just rung the plumber involved and queried the whereabouts of the quote. He had me on speaker with very loud background noise.I heard him say “ sorry you’ll have it today “ and as I went to speak to him, the call was cut off. He didn’t call back.This is unacceptable business practice and I hope the upper management are aware of how their workers are treating prospective customers.I will never be a customer for this company and 1 star is too high a rating
