I went in to get some advice on getting a skirt altered. The lady there was very lovely and instead of trying to push her services, she apologized that she wouldn't be able to fix it due to the patterning. I was super happy that she was upfront, helpful, and kind. If I ever need anything altered, this will be my first point of call.

CLEVELAND STORE ONLY. I highly recommend this store in Cleveland. Really happy with the end result, it came up looking brand new again. The lady there went out of her way to pick it up and deliver it for me, which meant a lot to me as I am disabled. Thank you for a great service. Anna
