It's infested with bogans dumping take-away rubbish everywhere and hooning in the carpark. Also too many people with dogs off the leash. My dog (on the leash) got attacked by another dog. Also there's dog s#it everywhere, mostly from female old fogies who don't pick up after their dogs. Also found needles in the sand one time. Better to walk your dog at Romaine park.

Not that big a beach no waves only usable at low tide as water comes right up beach beach not fenced so dog can run into carpark and get bowled over by young crack head drivers that Burnie is renowned for keep your car within eyeball distance as the meth heads are rife here 5 day old zombies are common what l seen anywayMust be better places to exercise your dog than here l just had to hang around for half a day and it was convenient...

This is a great beach. Our Munson loves to play in the surf and sand. The other dogs are always friendly or on lead.

Great beach for giving your dog the freedom to run like the wind! Plenty of space. Lovely walk along the beach. Occasionally watch a cruise ship heading into moor for the day.

Two days in a row I have been hassled by other dogs sniffing and standing over my dog who is small and these dogs were large. When I asked the owners to get them away I was treated aggressively and told to go somewhere else. My argument is if your dog is going to bother my dog then put it on a lead
