I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Loic was very attentive throughout the entirety of my program and continues to check in with me to this day. Loic is able to create custom programs specifically to your needs. I was able to lose 8kgs within the 8 weeks and gained muscles during the process. The instructions for exercise and diet are easy to follow but very thorough. There are even videos for each of the exercises. Loic is easily reachable if you’ve got any concerns or questions. This program far exceeded my expectations. Do yourself a favor and sign up today!

Once a fit triathlete injuries and lifestyle made me slowly gain and gain more weight over the years to my heaviest at 108kgs. Tried different things but I guess I just struggled with motivation and knowing exactly what to do, so I never crossed the 100kgs in at least 5 years. Luckily I ran into The Body Guide instagram and his 8 week challenge testimonials and thought it’d be too good to be true... I went ahead and met him and spoke to several challengers whom all spoke wonders and had great results so I went for it!This is literally what I needed, Loic’s friendly and professional approach, guidance, customised program and motivation is what I needed and in 8 weeks despite injuries, birthday and Xmas celebrations on the way I went from 106.6 to 94kgs and it was actually quite enjoyable journey! I am definitely going to keep training with Loic to get to my best shape and body weight!I can unreservedly recommend The Body Guide!!!!

Great experience with Loic! I did a 8 week challenge with him - He is super attentive, understanding and very supportive! After only two weeks I felt mentally and physically great!! No more brain fog and my energy levels increased a lot! Even after the challenge Loic has helped me to have good and healthy habits that will stay! He has helped me understand what I need to do fitness and diet wise for my body and mind, so I may feel 100% fulfilled.

The best thing I have ever done for myself. I have always considered myself a fit person, but was curious what else I can achieve. Losing weight was not a goal, but rather getting leaner and stronger. With Loics programme, I have learned new habits, moved my body in different patterns to what I was used to, learned to eat what fuels my body to perform. As a result, I got leaner , fitter and more confident! And did I tell you ? I got Abs !!! OMG ... as a girl, we struggle to get a definition around abdominal. With Loic’s programme , you will get abs in 8 weeks or less if you are committed! Also , why I picked his programme from many other programmes out there? I attended his classes at 8limbs Xtraining, and really liked how he would organise any class in a limited space but with so many people attending his class. I would always get such a good workout. He is motivational and will push you to work hard! 5 stars to TheBodyGuide Programme and 5 Stars to Loic for being supportive along the process and always checking on me! Highly recommend to anyone who is stuck in their training or who wants to see what their bodies are capable of! #bodyguide

Loic is one of the most motivated and energetic trainer I’ve met.He is always so passionate about his job that you can feel his energy and he always push you until you reach your goal.His classes are very organise and his nutrition and fitness program gave me the results I wanted to achieve for my wedding day. Thanks Loic for all your support in the last 8 weeks. Now I can say my body is toner, my energy is higher and my diet is healthier .

Loic is the best coach ever!! If you would like to improve yourself in any goal, for example gain muscles or loose weight, he is definitely the right choice!! I honestly couldn't recommend Loic (The Body Guide) highly enough. Although very physically fit, I had never done regular resistance training before, which was my main reason for signing up. Upon doing so, Loic conducted a thorough consultation and took the time to find out what I needed and what I wanted to achieve. The food, morning routine and training plan he prescribed was specific, easy to follow, challenging in the right areas and most importantly, varied and enjoyable. Loic checked in every single week, offering guidance, motivation and even tweaking the plan if it felt it was needed. Over the 8 weeks, I saw significant improvements in sleep, energy, strength and fitness. Exercises that were difficult at the beginning became easier and even enjoyable by the end. By the end of the plan I was definitely in the best physical shape of my life and since finishing, I have been able to make a lot of what I learnt part of my daily routine.
