We couldn’t be happier with Lords. Sean a couple of years ago got us a far better rate on our rental property which led us to review our other house and 2x vehicles. All are now insured (plus now a 3rd vehicle) via Lords.The icing on the cake:We recently had a claim due to a water leak. Sean’s diligence couldn’t be faulted. He worked tirelessly between ourselves and the Insurance company to ensure the process ended as a great result.It’s not often you get good old fashion service like that, so Sean, for your efforts I give you 5 stars!! We used to get Strata insurance through Lords Insurance Services. We have stopped using them, because:- They gave us renewals one day before the existing insurance expired and we were faced with no space to manoeuvre the extremely high quote- Their charging structure is based on the height of the insurance premium and we had to pay them 10k, because our insurance went up so much. When asking for a discount, Sean denied it and said that there was so much extra work involved getting this second quote. I questioned whether getting one more quote would really be worth over $6000 difference and he said yes

The Lords team were amazing. We have a unique small business that was challenging to source Public Liability insurance. Sean from Lords took the time to understand my business and sourced the best possible quote in a very small amount of time. What I also valued he took the time to explain the policy and a way that I was able to understand and was available to answer any questions. After looking around at different insurance providers (year after year) I would end up settling with the same provider as I was confused and did not have the time to put into researching, I was referred to Lords Insurance Services by more than one person so decided to bite the bullet and get them to check out my options for my landlords insurance. I was pleased that they managed to save me money AND get me more cover than I was getting before, also I have the option to pay monthly and not the whole annual lump sum!
