I'm really quite disappointed with my eyebrow wax, shape and tint treatment that I had today. The initial appointment I had there I was really happy with but I had a different beautician today and have now lost the shape of my eyebrows. One eyebrow is shorter and thinner than the other and you can still see the red mark where the end of it was waxed off - to which I was told that I plucked out myself. I don't have any issue with the tint but because one eyebrow is shorter than the other, the shapes are completely different in comparison to one another. I could also smell cigarette smoke on the beauticians hands, which I think is really quite unprofessional and I really dislike smoking. I'm definitely no master at doing my eyebrows (which is why I am more than happy to pay to get them done) but I expect them to at least look the same and be the same length, especially considering I paid $50. I don't think I will be returning I'm not very happy.

Sent my wife for an afternoon of pampering. She said the service was fantastic and the people were knowledgeable. Her eyelashes were amazing and her skin looked amazing after one session. We highly recommend this salon. The best in Perth.

Really disappointing and underwhelming experience. I arrived early (over 10 minutes) knowing there is always paperwork to complete. This was eventually given to me after my scheduled appointment time had arrived. By the time I was moved into the room to meet the lady doing the treatment it was nearly 15 minutes after my appointment start time. Actual treatment took less than 25 minutes of what was promoted as 90 minutes of treatment. Had I not taken the offer of a free" heat wrap I would have been in an out in half an hour after I actually saw someone. As it was

My sister and I both had a 90 minute pamper package here a few weeks ago. While the massage was relaxing, both of our rooms had the radio on, which during songs was fine but the advertisements that came on in between immediately knocked you out of your relaxation. We discussed our treatments once we finished up and found out that the two staff members had done slightly different treatments on us. An example of this was my sister had her toenails painted during the face mask where I didn’t. We both thought it was a bit odd that there isn’t really a set routine amongst the staff for the treatment.The biggest improvement this company can make, is invest in a Spotify account and have a selected playlist of relaxation music only without any ads. If it wasn’t for the radio playing, the appointment would’ve been much more enjoyable.

I got my lashes done before my wedding in December 2014, and since this time I've been addicted & getting re-fills! Full Disclaimer: my parents own Evoque - but I have since sent so many friends and colleagues there and they are all now addicted too. The girls that work in the salon are all really lovely, I like that some days I can chat away with them for the full hour and other days I can sneak in a quick nap while they do my lashes.

I had the best customer service experience today! I highly recommend Nicole, she is talented and focused on getting the best results. My eyelashes look impeccable - so elegant with volume and shape. Definitely worthy of the visit. Amazing!

I rarely leave a negative review, if I don't like the place I simply don't return.but Thei have to give some feedback in the hopes they improve their service. The staff were lovely, the premises were clean but my experience was sub par. I had a 45 minute massage (that only went for 35 minutes) and then a 45 minute facial. The massage was average. But the most disappointing part was the facial. 15 minutes of it was laying on the bed with a sheet mask on (which I use at home for $5 per mask), then the moisturising facial massage wemt over my eyelids, which meant the whole drive home my eyes were stinging and watering. If I'm honest they're still stinging now 3 hours later. I hope they can pick up their standards.

Sadly haven’t had the best experience, spending $74 on a refill only to have most of the lashes fall out over the next two days. After speaking with the owner/manager I was offered a complimentary 1/2 hour refill but after she learnt I wasn’t back in Perth until the 9th Feb, the offer was taken back. If you’d like to toss some money down the drain, this seems the spot to do it. :(

Not salon skincare range!; I suspect unqualified Beauty Therapists; poor treatment!; degrading to genuine, authentic and quality trained salons and therapists. Totally dissatisfied! I have been getting my lashes done here for years, and have seen none better! I have started having other beauty treatments because of the staff being so wonderful. Have never had a bad experience! Nicole is especially amazing, nothing is to much trouble! I recommend this salon unconditionally.
