This is a well maintained Cinema complex. The 3D picture quality and surround sound is to global standard. The seating is very comfortable. All the movie snacks you need can be brought by the entrance. There is a lift and an escalator to get to the cinema. There is a specially designed viewing area for moviegoers in wheelchairs.

Really enjoyed the cinema, comfortable seats, lots of space between rows, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect

Great cinema. Theaters are small, seats are cosy and well spaced out that you can stretch your legs. Food counters serve hot food as well as cinema staples.

Always great pop corn and delicious choc tops, though sometimes a little light on the icecream, understandable being handmade on site. Comfy seats, clean Cinemas. Love it!

Went on Thursday night and the staff were extremely rude, and treated me like I was a child. Also, paying $19 dollars to see a film when you could pay at least a few dollars less for a month subscription to a streaming service and watch unlimited movies sounds like a waste of money. Some staff are absolutely lovely, but apparently they need to watch who they put on customer service and remember who their audiences are. Dying industry apparently :/RESPONSE TO STAFF:Hi, thanks for reaching out so quickly! I appreciate the response but did notice that it didn't answer any of my points, which were:1. I was treated poorly by staff.2. Ticket prices were far higher than other means of watching the same movie.While I appreciate your company values and that you are sorry I had a bad time, how exactly are employees held to their actions and what will happen in the future to stop this from happening again? Right now it feels like the company values are more for show than for action.I was also refused a student concession at the time of viewing, and it doesn't appear that your response actually justifies why ticket prices are so high. I imagine there is a very valid reason but I would still appreciate hearing it.I'm still quite disappointed with my experience and do not believe I will come back. However, thank you for taking the time to respond in a friendly manner here; it was certainly far better than the treatment I received in person.

I went here tonight very poor customer service and try rip us off by charging us $48 and we had the raa discount it meant be $28 dollars we wont be coming back, we will be going back noarlunga we're we get excellent customer service

Went to see Cocaine Bear (fantastic movie btw, cinematic masterpiece.). Unacceptable that my department for education issued ID card, which clearly shows I am older than 15, was not valid. What more do you want? My passport? Do my parents need to phone up and ring saying ‘yes my child is allowed to see this’I’m not for ‘the customer is always right’, but the customer always deserves respect. Of course, not all staff here are menaces. Amanda is amazing and wonderful <3.

Great modern complex. Innovative boutique style coffee shop. Very pleased.
