Friendly staff, knew exactly what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction in the store. I was in and out super quick and didnt feel like I'd been ripped off either. Would definitely go back and reccomend to others.

Face to face retail is terrible. Tried to charge me $160 for $65 brake pads. Gave me a long winded bunch of bs about pricing. I looked it up on my phone and showed them the real price and they were gratious enough to offer me 'dealer price of $105'. What a joke. Be careful with these guys. Do your price checking first.

Don't know about your in store service but when your female employee drives your white Toyota Yaris and screams F you at passing traffic, it's not a good look, especially considering that most people along New Line Rd (27 August at 3.20 pm) had children in their cars. Perhaps remove her photo from your store website if this is how she behaves. Disgusting behaviour!!!!

Friendly staff and good advise. In my experience, Bursons don't seem to have the queues that you get at Repco or Supercheap Auto. Bursons are now my go to for my parts needs.

Paid no attention to me in the shop. Lazy staff. Depressing to think this is service. The owner would be disgraced. In their defense. When I finally got service. The bloke said sorry for the wait.

They had the items that I needed but the customer service was SO POOR. There was at least 4 staff there and I was the only customer. They were having their own conversation and ignoring me, although, they looked up and made fun of my earrings when I entered the shop. Offered the most minimal of assistance (as if I was disturbing them). I will never shop there again. I would rather drive out of my way to find better customer service.
