I dropped into AUW for the first time today to get a few items needed for a job. Jim and the team at AUW were professional friendly and helpful. After looking around the store and realising they have a huge range of actual trade items in stock ready to go unlike their competitors who will only special order these items like a full range of long reach drill bits and ramset pins. Further browsing around revealed a well stock timber and cladding yard and a work wear shop next to it. It really is a one stop shop and great to see a good family business that will now have my full support. I am looking forward to getting to know the AUW family.

Dennis could get a vegetarian to eat a steak , he will have you believe anything ,’.I wasted four days waiting at home from 17/3/22 -20/6/22 for cement cladding that he had no intention of delivering, he will not return phone calls , when you have to go into the store to complain he is all smiles and accommodating and you leave believing he will come good . He had his business partner Jim call me and ask for my credit card details so I could be refunded, I refused and asked for what I’d paid for , they would not deliver and sent goods by courier. Only 5 sheets and not the 6 Dennis said he would send.Dennis you are a tosser .He said he would send two people from the shop and use the.crane on the truck to put product on my first floor balcony , which had easy access right next to a lane way ., instead I organised with another company to get it where I needed .Dennis you may have a problem getting it up but the guys at Corsair have no performance issues , they can get it up when you can’t .Mitre 10 at Clifton Hill have everything and more , with service

I ordered a door which was a standard door which the salesperson gave me the measurements off. The wrong door was ordered on the day which was not confirmed by the salesperson to me the client. As well as the wrong door delivered. The service was terrible and so was the product.

Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable staff who will do everything they can to get you what you need as quick as you need it if they dont already have it in their large inventory!
