DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . It has been over 12 months (April 2022) since we accepted the quote and paid the 40% deposit.(which I believe is illegal) Following which we contacted Mick repeatedly regarding progress. He never contacted us nor returned phone calls. Always had an excuse. Eventually kitchen was installed but still 2 doors missing. Stupidly we made the final payment after feeling sorry for Mick. To summarize - unprofessional, unethical, manipulative, misleading.

Save yourself the trouble, don’t bother! Coming up to 12 months now, our kitchen is still not finished. Mick has no idea, drawings and measurements wrong, poor quality installers, workmanship looks like a $50 IKEA flat pack. Joins open, doors not aligned, cabinets not square, unfinished, doesn’t return calls, blames everyone else.Comes across like a nice guy, but hey, so do used car salesmen and con artists!An absolutely disgraceful company to deal with, be warned, stay well away

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No communication and will not address installation issues. Install wrong product and have yet to complete works which were 5 months overdue. Unable to seek refund from them, and raising a lawsuit in the near future.

Very very diappointed this time, previously had two kitchens by Trends and was very pleased with them.Reno to bench tops.Poor communication, installers have left us with uneven joins which cannot now be altered. Chips in laminate finish. Changes discussed at final measure not implemented. Given dates for installation didnt happen, had to chase up company to find out what was going on.Workmanship exceptionally poor.

Having downsized we decided to have a new custom kitchen installed.We utilized Trend Kitchens on a previous occasion and being pleased with the whole experience decided to engage with them a second time.Kichen designer/planner, Len, owner,Mick and his crew approached the task in a totally proffessional and accomodating manner.We are extremely happy with the end result and would not hesitate in recommending Trend Kitchens.Garry and Barb
