Great service friendly staff and very knowledgeable about what they do

Bought a water pump to suit a Rover. They confirmed they had it in stock so we drove all the way out there to pick it up. They supplied me the incorrect pump. After doing my own parts interpreting I realised they have supplied a pump for a completely different model. When I rang the gentleman he was unapologetic and when I mentioned that it's quite a trip out there to return the part, he responded with a very sarcastic tone and told me he'd give me a hug when we dropped it off. Parts listings are incorrect and the level of service offered is pathetic.Update 17/4/20The owner got in touch with me after seeing this review. The phone call started off really well, with him explaining that there is a company more local to me that should be able to help us out, and went on to give me their details. I then asked why I didn't receive this level of service before and why it took a negative google review before they acknowledged their error. He got upset with me again, and asked that we never use them again and he wont be selling any more parts to us every again. He did offer to cover the freight charge to send the item back via couriers please - which we will do.The whole thing has been a bizarre experience.

Sent my parts out Australia Post when I asked for and paid for a courier? I missed a vicroads appointment as a result and now have to wait 10 days for another appointment. Not happy!!
