The Grafton showground is the home to the annual Grafton show in May each year.The show highlights the produce, livestock,horticulture and many other skills of the surrounding areas as well as locally.The Abbey motel this year 2019 was a major sponsor of the Outback Spectacular.

Old but serviceable. If your going to the Speedway, take thick cushions for the 6 hour show. Think about some tucker and drinks in an esky too, unless you don't mind long queues.The speedway is a great show.

Good campground, toilet and shower.nice old fashioned exhibition centre.Close to the CBD.

Be careful,if you are going to stay there, sites fees ,the caretaker will charge you $25 .00 , and say it's for unpowered site , but he also charges the same for powered sites, we have stayed there many times in the pass, but changed caretaker, rough people , we won't be staying there again.

$25 per night power and water only found out by checking website agter setting up and connecting solsr panels, amenities just fair and very old, no card payment needs to be cash
