Justin is an experienced personal training who is extremely knowledgeable and very committed to helping his clients achieve their goals. He is patient, kind and encouraging. I’ve been having personal training with him for 9 months and not only do I enjoy the challenge of our sessions, I find that Justin’s attitude and approach is really realistic, supportive and also gives a “just right” challenge. Justin is amazing! He helped me lose 8kg in time for my wedding day and I felt amazing. Not only is he encouraging and helpful, he is friendly and lots of fun. Justin is a fantastic PT. Push Your Limits Personal Training
I have been training with Justin for 5 months now beginning with an eight week challenge and then group classes and RunningWorks. Not only have I had great weight loss I have also improved my strength. Justin challenges me to push myself that little bit more. Justin gave me the confidence to set myself a challenging goal of running a marathon in 4 months. And I did it with his awesome encouragement. I would recommend Justin to those who want personalised training that is challenging but also a lot of fun.

I have been having weekly PT sessions with Justin at my gym since April 2019. I needed help with rehab following a knee injury as well as motivation and variety in my workouts. He has provided this and is very attuned to my fitness needs, adapting our sessions to ensure I’m ‘pushed’ enough. Justin provides a well-rounded approach to my overall well-being and to me achieving my fitness goals. I can’t express how grateful I am for PYTPT. I first got in contact with Justin in 2018 with the goal of loosing weight and was very happy to have reached that goal when we first began. Unfortunately following this, I went through a difficult time with my mental health yet, Justin remained a close confidant and great support throughout the years even when I was not training regularly with him. Justin has a wonderful way of anticipating what his clients needs, whether it be fitness, nutrition or general health. He teaches his clients the importance of resistance training and sustainable “diets” (not a diet) whilst enjoying the process everyday. Working with him is like kicking all your fitness goals with your best friend by your side. As a competitive squash player I joined one of my team mates in combined squash coaching sessions with Justin almost one year ago. We saw immediate improvement in the targeted areas and have recently moved to individual sessions to work on our overall game and fitness. Having competed at an international level Justin has a wealth of experience and knowledge of squash technique, relevant strength and fitness training and the psychology of competitive squash. He is able to set challenging yet realistic targets for my coaching sessions and has helped me to rekindle my squash confidence and love of the game. I have also benefited from Justin's Trigger Point Therapy to treat long standing physical issues which I thought I would simply have to live with. Push Your Limits Personal Training
I have been working with Justin for over 12 months now. When I first started training my general fitness was not good and my 5km runs were well over 45 mins. I do one PT session, One to Two Group fitnesses classes and park run each week and now my general fitness is great and my PB time for 5km run is 35:17.Justin is very professional and knowledgeable, and always works with me even when I have injuries. Looking forward to the next 12 months.
