Haven is a fitness centre like no other. Warm, welcoming and accepting of all sized bodies and limitations, helping women work out in a safe space. Haven offers many different options for classes, including strength, HIIT, dancing and yoga, where options are offered in all classes to be done at your own pace. I would recommend Haven to everyone!

This place is really special! A completely judgement-free zone and really means that. I’ve never felt more safe and supported exercising in a plus size body.My exercise physiologist, Ellen is the best EP I’ve ever met. Unlike other EPs, she really takes time to get to know you and your mindset around exercise, rather than just giving you a wash and repeat workout program. I’m so happy to have connected with Ellen for my ED recovery.

Haven is the only fitness studio I’ve enjoyed. Truly body positive, actively against diet culture and great for larger bodies. Anna is a professional, body positive trainer who makes you truly enjoying moving intuitively and embracing the joys of things like yoga. This place is truly a haven for me and I would recommend to women without reservation.
