Staff are always friendly and professional, shop is always clean. Our family all get haircuts, foils, hairdos and most importantly they braid/band our daughter's hair before her fights. We love Immerse and the staff. Also very reasonably priced.

Megan ruined my hair. Asked several times for a concave Bob, even confirming twice by showing with my hands the direction the concave was to go, longer at front shorter at back. She looked at me said yes and gave me a straight bob. The WORST haircut I have ever ever had. I had previously told my husband to go there, he got a barely passable cut from a different lady, name unknown. My daughter in law went once and also said she would never return. Don’t go folks!

I got my hair bleached here and they gave me chemical burns and fried my hair. They still didn't even give me a full refund for their unprofessional job.
