Gain Momentum Pilates
I am so grateful for Gain Momentum Pilates! Nicole has really set the bar high with her delivery of Pilates and I highly recommend for anyone of any fitness level interested.As an instructor Nic is attentive. She has an eye to know when you need some support and encouraging throughout the session. She has a friendly personality and as been very accommodating to my last minute changes to schedule.Nic is also highly organised which I value and has set up a really therapeutic atmosphere for each class.Her participant growth is a testament to her work ethic.
