Always great service for trades for pretty much any element you need for ovens, hot water etcI have used them for years for my business and are well priced

Customer service team lied 3 times about dispatch times and follow up calls.Items took 3 weeks to arrive.Ordered through another supplier and the same parts took 18 hrs

They are the worst... technician came and did the job spend 5 hours. And more than half of he was on the phone!2 weeks later, I had the same issue. When I call them, they said we have to wait for a week to send someone.I don't recommend them at all.

Luke is the guy that always come to fix or have a look on the bbq in the restaurant that I work. He is really good. He has a lot of knowledge and experience.

Probably the single worst experience of ordering gear I've had.Wrong item showed up called 3 times to get it fixed to no conclusion 4th time asked for a refund. I will see how it goes and will amend too 2 stars if I get a refund.

Stay away from this company. Waste of time. Zero customer service. NoCommunication. Very disappointing. Never picks up calls and diverts to the people who don’t know what’s going with your job. A total failure this company is.Only appoint them if you have plenty of free time to waste. A big NO.

Pretty disappointing customer service. I took half day off to bring to dandenong an item to be fixed, and when I picked it up, i discovered the problem wasn't fixed. They did nothing to work this out. I have to go there again, as nothing happened. Very lazy attitude, i will overall need two days off to have this done.

Have used these guys a few times in the past. The most recent was to get our robot coupe stick blender fix. Got quoted over $500 to fix. Told them I rather spend an extra $300 to it a new unit. Went to pick up the robot coupe and it was given back to me in bits. Asked why it wasn’t in one piece like when it was dropped it off. Was then told it would cost me another $50 for them to put it back, on top of their $180 service fee that I had to pay. Never coming back

Order from them on the 17th of October, 10 days later called to check what's happening. The product is not even dispatched. Then asked for a refund, it took a month with many follow up calls. They lied many times about the refund saying will take few days but ended up a month with many calls. They charge $230 but refunded only $169 for a product that has never been dispatched. I called and find out; they say this is restocking fee. I asked if she could get me a breakdown charges so i could understand and talk to ACCC. She said she has to charge me for her time. Can you believe it? I have lodged a complaint to ACCC and consumer affairs.I highly NOT recommend them to anyone. Please try to avoid them at all cost if you don't want any regret. very bad experience with them.

Found the Washpump online I needed, ordered it, it arrived no dramas.
