Beyond Power

Honestly wish I went with one of the other electricians that came to my property to quote the job.I called beyond power to come out to my property to quote the job. As I wanted them to see exactly what was going on and the best plan of action. I informed them how many meters the job was. And they quoted me.When they came to do the job they didn't have the right equipment and had to leave for hours. At the end of the day the job hadn't been completed and I was advised they would come back. I didnt hear anything for a few weeks and then they finally came to finish.I then received a invoice for a lot more than was quoted. Their excuse was the original quote" when they came to me property to view the job was infact a estimate. This was not told to me.I now use another local electrical company for the rest of the renovation here. They had also come out to view and quote the job. And even though they had quoted more I wish I had gone with them. Their level of professionalism was much higher and they are much more transparent with their pricing."
