I have had my Toyota HiAce van for a full day now and could not be more happier with the service and quality of work I have received from Dicker Motors since picking it up yesterday.Quality workmanship has been done to my van including fixing my noise on the passenger side door trim which has not come back and also a rattle from a bracket at the front of the van that I previously had is also disappeared too.Excellent cleaning job has been done with the interior and exterior on my van with full credits going to the worker.Thank you for coordinating with O'Brien glass and making sure they installed the correct windscreen.Thank you for making sure the right parts were sent for my van and fitted accordingly.Thank you for the pick up and drop off service for the loan van down the road as well.I have no hesitation in recommending your business to anyone and coming back again in the future.Well done and congratulations to a quality team at Dicker Motors. Went in to get a quote for a front bumper respray. As they said they’ll call up and give a quote after they inspected the car. HEARED NOTHING FROM THEM

Car went in for a front bumper replacement and aircon compressor damage. Got the car back with scratch marks all over the body. Areas were side panels/quarterpanels, bonnet, back bumper, boot door. Paint had been removed in areas back to metal. Scratch marks so deep they couldn't be polished out. There excuse was that there was glue" on the vehicle and they a guy who had only been working there for less then a week was working on my car. The owner of the business called me a liar and said the car was already damaged but before photos revealed he was the liar. Was also called a C### multiple times. Good way to treat your customers. I'd advise to stick away from this panel beater

Just picked up my car from Dickers after some grub in a shopping centre carpark hit it and left. Joanna was fantastic and had it booked in straight away. The work done was first class and not only was it fast and I was kept up to date with the process but it was also returned fully detailed. Amazing service it looked brand new inside and out. Thanks to the whole Dickers team for outstanding service and making a miserable experience end with a smile.

Had a front guard needed repairing on my Toyota 86, they promptly fixed the damage and repainted it. There were some issues with the paint that I pointed out, at which they were happy to repaint it until it was perfect. Incredibly happy with their honesty and effort to ensure I'm 100% happy with the work provided.Picked up today and noticed they had even interior cleaned the car at no cost. Brilliant above and beyond service.

Nice people that can't run their own business. Our car repair was assessed and approved. Dicker advised that they had a backlog. 5 weeks later we visited and they said that the approval had not been given by the insurance company. The insurance company confirmed that the approval had been sent to them 5 weeks previously. So no parts were ordered and no repair slot had been allocated.

fitted me in for an insurance job very quickly. Had my hire car for a week and it was finished. Now that is efficient!!Dicker's were very knowledgeable on the job that needed doing and very professional. I had my ute in for a new tailgate and body damage to the tub and I received it back today, detailed and as if the car was brand new again.I was confident my car was in great hands when I met with the very friendly owner and his wife prior to dropping off my ute and they talked me through the whole process.I recommend these guys purely on their honesty and efficiency.
