The Mineral Spa

This was part of our Cosy Tents package and I am so glad it was. I have been to a few Mineral Springs and I did enjoy this experience, as it wasnt busy in the mineral spa. A beautiful spot in the morning sun, overlooking the garden from the pool/spa. Lovely robes/amenities/waiting area/towels with attention to detail. Thank you - thoroughly enjoyed it

It's located at the back of Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel Hepburn, so there is an entrance on the side and plenty of parking.The place is very small but it makes the experience more intimate. Cane here with some girl friends and we really enjoyed the whole bath and sauna experience, you can book it only for 1 hour but it's more than enough to do the 3 pools available: 2 hot temperature ones and a cold one and the 3 saunas, infrared, hot stones and normal.The aromatic massage is a must, their staff is very well trained and I can say it's one of the best massages I've got in a long time!There is also tea stations to enjoy local tea along the whole journey.

Amazing experience. My friends and I booked a private room and it came with two hot spas, a cold plunge, wet and dry sauna and an infrared sauna. There was also an indoor and outdoor relax area with a lovely view of the gardens. They were so accommodating and friendly here and we left feeling very relaxed. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I booked massage treatments at Mineral Spa last November and we were beautifully knocked out. My therapist (I think her name was Paula?) was fantastic and an absolute professional. It was quite pricey but worth every cent. Best way to celebrate our birthdays!

Spent 90 minutes with a retreat package. While not private, it was secluded enough that it wasn't crowded. The mineral bath was lovely, saunas hot as expected. There was a few interruptions from staff but was otherwise very relaxing.

Lovely place for relaxing and enjoying your day off with your friends or partner. Really love the beautiful view of the park straight from the spa. The staff is amazing, creates the perfect atmosphere

Massage was average and facial irritated my face from constant exfoliation in one place on my cheeks, no eye cream was applied or sunscreen! For the price we got ripped off. Husbands massage was good compared to mine. So I’m guessing depends who you get.

When we've booked at the Mineral Spa for 6 people during our stay at Cosy Tents, we were appalled to notice that despite our purchase of the Mineral Spa package with Cosy Tents, our booking with the Mineral Spa was for 2 people as they assumed it was so.While we managed to get a refund from Cosy Tents, the reception staff at the Mineral Spa refused to compensate for the booking confusion. As well as being very unprofessional and quick to point fingers at one another (us, Cosy Tents and even some of the other staff). The Mineral Spa team emailed the manager to call me back for the booking fiasco but unfortunately, I have not received a call from him.Was very disappointed with the apathy from the Mineral Spa team as well as the manager and how the way they handled it.

It was a lovely bathhouse but not what I was expecting upon booking. Perhaps images on the website could be clearer. All indoors with no outdoor access, shared changerooms & showers (locked doors, of course), which were clean and fine. The only downfall is that people have the ability to find a great spot and sit there for 2 hours as there aren't many pools, so for others, it doesn't give the greatest opportunity to relax. However I still really enjoyed my visit and the staff were absolutely lovely!

Incredibly disappointed with The Mineral Spa. We had booked for 5 people for entry to the retreat bathing which was a special gift to my friend to celebrate her hen's day. Unfortunately on the day of the booking we received the tragic news that the bride's mother had unexpectedly passed away. I contacted The Mineral Spa to let them know, the staff were lovely and advised they would need to pass the issue onto the manager to see if a refund could be provided. I had dealings with another lovely staff member Alison whilst waiting to hear back from the manager. I was recently notified that the manager has declined to offer a refund, instead he was only willing to provide a voucher for us to return at another date. Unfortunately two of the girls live interstate and had only come down for this weekend and the bride is of course grieving and in no state to be returning anytime soon. There were a number of services that we had to cancel with that have been incredibly accommodating and for who I imagine were a lot more out of pocket than The Mineral Spa were by our late cancellation. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of understanding and compassion from the manager.Nicole
