Issac is a top bloke, these guys are very professional. They have helped us organising last minute orders sometimes I call him at 5:58 (not on purpose) but he still answer and get the order ready. Their warranty, return and buyback process is so transparent that I can trust 100%. I would just request them to keep up the good quality for iphone screens.

My experience with this supplier has not been good. I perservered with them for over a year before giving up. They do have a wide range in stock, and some stuff is OK.However, on average, I had about a 50% failure rate on Digitizers and Aftermarket LCD displays (would arrive faulty or fail within a couple of months, poor glass quality), and about a 60% failure rate on Li-Ion batteries (basically, their batteries are cheap junk). Only yesterday, I've had yet another customer repair on a Samsung Tab where the battery is failing after 6 months usage (and guess what, only a 3 month warranty on batteries from these guys).Unless you want to spend a lot of time processing returns, and having to do warranty repairs for your customers, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The replacement LCD + digitiser I bought for my phone was junk - failed after 2 weeks. I didn't qualify for a refund either.

The parts are of good quality specially the S Plus grade. Shoutout to Eric for being so helpful and polite with the parts order. He is ready to answer any questions and does his best to make the order a smooth process.Highly recommended

That's the best place to buy good quality parts for mobile phones. My experience with this supplier has been very good! I get always good quality products, awesome prices and good customer service.

A wide range of products or services with excellent quality

I use The Parts Home as my primary supplier for my mobile phone repair store for the last couple of years. They have been able to provide high quality components with next day delivery to me in NSW even though they are based in VIC. I have a very low rate of faulty components and customer returns using their highest quality parts (S+, S and originial) and their own brand tph batteries are the best I've found.

Eric is the man, other than having excellent quality parts in affordable and reasonable price, he also provides exceptional customer service and easy to deal with, especially the shipping time is super fast. Thank you TPH and Eric.

Rubbish iPhone battery.Had my iPhone 8plus battery replaced by a battery from The Parts Home. After 3 months the “service” symbol came up next to battery health and the battery capacity percentage wasn’t even showing the capacity of the new battery. In fact I got a message saying the battery has been replaced by unauthorised non-apple battery.The shop I got it from wouldn’t honour the warranty as it was 6 days past the three months even though at the time of the purchase I was told 6 months warranty on batteries.I went down the mall to another shop and got another battery which the shop said was not original but would show capacity percentage.They assured me 6 months warranty written on the receipt.New Battery has been working perfectly for the past week.

Quality parts, excellent service and we don’t have to worry about warranty thing since faulty parts rate is really low. We got next day delivery even though we based in QLD. We choose TPH as our primary supplier now. Highly recommend!!!
