I have made many purchases from this store, but recently I have bought a cast iron saucepan & a salt pig I received order only to find items damaged.I emailed my complaint & was told there was nothing they could do... I took that decision & I'm still paying off my order even though I have no items...Harris scarfe recently emailed me a survey regarding my experience with that purchase & when i responded & stated the above they responded back to me by saying they assessed my reply & it was not suitable to post.Can't believe it the TRUTH can't be POSTED!!!Be very weary of this store constant sales but when there's a problem they are not helpful CUSTOMER SERVICE & CARE DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!MAYBE TAKE A VIDEO OF HOW THINGS ARE DROPPED OFF & THAT MIGHT PROVE THE DAMAGED GOODS!!!!!

Never shopping at your stores again! Disgusting business policies who discriminate against their employees based upon their medical choices!

they cancelled my orders for no reasons, the items is still on sale on their website.

I rang to inquire about shoes. I introduced myself as Marilyn, your staff need to have an UNDERCOVER BOSS EXPERIENCE. They sounded like I was disturbing them wanted to get rid of me. Not interested in me at all. Your staff need a wake up call. Will not go to the shops. Why do you need a photo of me on your post?

Situated in one of the best business parks in Melbourne. Lots of head offices. There is nice cafes and restaurants close by. No need to go any further afield.

I am a HS F spending well over $1Kin the last two months .I had sent Four emails seeking info on a microwave appearing in a sale catalogue. Not once have i received the courtesy of a reply. A shame your online staff do not uphold the great service that your instore staff so helpfully provide..

Never ordering from this place again. Harris Scarfe was the very first place I did an online order with after having moved into a new home that required everything a brand new home needs. My order was stuck after having been notified that it would arrive on 13 December. I placed the order on 30 November. Today is the 20th of December. Since the order was taking so long I had asked for the order to be redirected to my new home and I was told that it would not be possible by Adam. After having spoken to someone else on the 15th named Kelly. She asked if I would like a refund to which I said yes because we needed the items for home. A few days later Adam would pop up again and make me out to have misunderstood the refund I was offered and further to that had the audacity to explain in a way that sounded impossible to receive a refund after having told him that my fiancée and I had gone the weekend before to acquire these items elsewhere and that these items were no longer needed. Today delivery was attempted at my work place after 8pm in the evening and now it being sent to a post office. Adam seems very abrasive in his communication and is to focused on giving one a no for anything one asks. Late delivery, no attempt to help redirect then delivers after 8pm to my workplace so now I have to make my way to the post office. Needless to say, Harris Scarfe will never see me again. I’ve placed other orders just last week at other online stores which have all arrived today. No inconvenience, delivered on the promised date and no cheeky no’s to everything a customer asks. The other stores were very accommodating whereas all I got from Harris Scarfe was no to everything and now the inconvenience of having to go to the post office. What a circus show of note! Vomitous service.

The item I ordered isn't actually available. Called harris scarfe last week to have this item removed offline and it is still here a week later. Ordered a different set which has now also been cancelled but still appears online. Two weeks wasted now right before Christmas....... every order cancelled and sales no longer on. It doesn't take a week to update online items, you managed to change the pricing but couldn't update the fact you don't actually have half your stock???Useless company, won't be dealing with them again, and will be giving a word of warning to anyone who mentions dealing with them in future.
