Second person in the door, waited for over 1 hour, too slow for me.

I’ve used this clinic a few times and have had really good experiences. I have small veins and blood tests are usually a drama for me. Most clinics are freezing cold only making matters worse. This clinic is never cold, the ladies are lovely and friendly, and best of all- have no trouble with my small veins! I’ve had 7 vials taken at once with no problem, and not even any pain. Highly recommend coming here if you’ve ever had bad experiences, these ladies know what they’re doing.

First time ever using this company and blood collection centre and it will be my last. I've never experienced nasty, so unfriendly service getting tests done in my life. Can't believe how horrible your phlebotomists speak to clients in a vulnerable position.

I had to visit the clinic for my OTT and waited for extra 45 minutes to get started.

I suffer extreme anxiety and a fear of blood tests. Just wanted to say the lady I had assisting me was incredibly professional and understanding, she was so quick, gentle and gave me a good laugh. Would recommend to anyone who struggles mentally with these types of things. Thank you!

I went in yesterday at 8:30am as the clinic opened at 8:00 I waited 2 hours to get my blood test done and there was 2 ladies on that had no enthusiasm to serve anyone they would have breaks every time after a customer left. Other customers came in that had appointments and told the 2 ladies and there response was “ take a number and sit down”. They didn’t even know what number they were up to they kept saying”next” i knew it was getting close to my number so when the lady said “next” I asked her what number we are up to and she said “ I don’t know” so I had to get up and check and see who was before me. No apologies that I a customer had to do there job!It was 10:15am a customers husband asked the lady when is his wife going to get her blood test done as her appointment was at 10:00 the lady said “we won’t be long we are very busy”. I was next so I told them that I had to be in Morley at 10:30 but I can’t see that happening!There was 3 of us sitting there waiting and told the lady that they both need to stop having breaks and serve us all then it won’t be as “busy” like she kept saying to us everytime she walked out of her room. There was no customer service and no enthusiasm to be there. I eventually got served and I have great veins but this lady must of been angry or something because it was very very painful experience and now I have a massive bruise and it is painful to move my arm! I usually come every month several times and the week day staff are quick and efficient and never painful. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here on a weekend!!!

Lovely lab. The Phlebotomists was nice and helpful. Anyone wanting to do the GTT you can come in and book with them. My phlebotomists was nice enough to let me in even though i didn't have a booking. But i recommend booking in person :). Thanks!

I have had many visits to Clinical Labs Ellenbrook & have never had an unpleasant experience. They stay open until 6pm weekdays which is handy for full time workers and the staff I have seen have been nothing but lovely, quick and courteous.
