I have been using Rihac CISS products for around 15 years and found service and advice as well as product excellent. As for the cost saving on ink, well worth any setup hassle both in terms of cost and also how rarely inks need a top up compared to standard cartridges.

I have had the ciss in my brother printer for 7 years and it has been great. Easy to refill. Just bought my third lot of ink arrived within 2 days, great service.

I recently bought an xp-970 because another CISS company convinced me that this could be converted into a pigment printer with no issues. I thought I should get a second opinion seeing as I spent neer on $400 and I'm glad I did. I was dealing with Sam at Rihac who was so very knowledgeable and explained things to me in simple terms. I'm glad he gave me a full run down instead of talking me into a product that could potentially ruin my machine. I will only deal with Rihac now for future inks, cartridges and conversions.

Absolutely superb service and quality.I'm across the ditch in NZ. Ordered a set of refillable ink cartridges from them, and within 10 minutes, got a phone call from them just to double check that I've got the right stuff for my printer. About a week later, the goods arrived, and everything works perfectly.I couldn't recommend Rihac enough.

I have dealt with rihac since early 2000's. I have personally used 3 CISS and found them all fantastic. Inks always of a great quality. Service and staff beyond outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Their systems are good WHEN it WorksWith Epson3540 They didn't even provide proper installation instructions.For this printer the Ink Tank should be kept at certain height due to the height of the printer. No mention about this on videos or installation materials. Needed better cable support which wasn't providedThen the Chip fails. Travelled 60 km to get to their shop.Staff is very helpful but had to pay for the chip.After 18 months the chip failed again.I am throwing away the system and never going to touch a CISS again.This is my second attempt after the failed canon experiment(from Rihac) few years back.I should have learned from that.Better buy an ink tank printer or buy cartridges from inkstation rather than playing around with thisSTAY AWAY unless you live close to their shop and willing to spend money on chip replacementsThe customer should only be buying the ink bottles or air intake filters not the chip every year.If anyone wants the system for Epson 3540 (may need a new chip) please contact me (30% ink still remain)

Excellent service from Rihac, and extremely good value. These guys are passionate about what they do in the face of OEMs who would love you to throw out your equipment and buy new.

Great service. They supply continuous ink systems for your inkjet printers and have saved me hundreds of dollars. I've always found them very helpful in solving any problems and they've fixed up my mistakes very inexpensively
