Posting on behalf of my parents:During the process the tiler scratched brand new benchtop in multiple places by cutting tiles on the bench. Then when I complained about it the Boss tried to say he didn't know my job and that he would delete my message from his phone. Then he sent the tiler back to polish out scratches with a paint pen and car polish. Which never worked at all. I still have scratches in the benchtop. I even have both the Boss & the tiler on video surveillance in my kitchen. The tiler now says he didn't scratch my new benchtops even though he admitted to doing so. My husband & myself have given them over a week to sort this mess out to no avail. The tiles aren't even right and im suppose to be happy with the job. I don't think so. Where have all the decent honest people gone? These guys took $750 cash from us and refuse to give a receipt. The boss refused to even come out to see what I was complaining about.Would not recommend.

Oh my god what poor workmanship, no respect for the job at hand.
